Marceline isn't jealous of anyone. She uses the word 'goddess', specifically because of her subjects treat her like she's perfect, and can say, and do no evil ever when the reality is that she can. Both of them are people, even if one of them is a vampire and the other a candy. The fact isn't about jealousy at all, it's the fact that the way that Princess Bubblegum is treated, sometimes comes to the surface. She's put on a high petal stool and everyone treats her like she's perfect and sometimes she acts that way.
