My skin’s smothering me- is him talking about how hard it is for him to feel freedom. He feel claustrophobic with himself because of the depression. He can feeling ll of the pain he felt when he was self harming, being bullied and feeling depressed.
Help me find a way to breathe- He wants to be free but he don't know how to be free so he is asking for help. Because he don't want to feel claustrophobic in his own body.
All of it is show how anxiety can effect a person.

This part to me means that the person is having an extremely hard time with life, whether it be regarding depression or something else. They're having to hide this hardship and it's destroying their entire being, so they're self medicating in a way- hence 'when it cuts you up this deep, its hard to find a way to breathe.

It also means that he starts to get lost in his thoughts your eyes are looking into my soul they see what I wanted to hide and I see what you hide mirrors start to whisper they start to say things like fat ugly never good enough when you look into them shadows start to sing means that his shadows or fears start to follow him they start to sing in his head so his skin is smothering him he feels not comfy in his skin he wants to leaye it he wants someone to help him to find a way to breath because all the fears start taking his breath away; It's enough it has come so far that he doesn't wants to live and he wants someone to help him find a way out of this hole of sadness.

The walls Oli talks about are the only thing he has to protect him from what he thinks is gods wrath and he believes that the what the "Wolves" are the things he has felt abused by. And since he talks of the sun, he may be reffering to the fact that sun as the strenghth of a thousand.

Oliver is explaining that there is no heaven nor hell, but only the coffin you were buried in when you die and that you stay in that coffin 'till the time when you begin to rot.
