The daughter is telling her parents to stop fighting and split up because them being together is doing worse things than what would happen if they got divorced. She is saying that they can't get back what they used to be like and there is no longer a reason for them to try to hold on to the relationship and try to make it work.

Everything that the parents did - the fights, the screaming etc. - ended up hurting their daughter more than it hurt them. She has been so mentally damaged that it is as if she is the outcome of their fighting: scars, bruises and pain.

She was screaming and acting out in order to get her parents attention because all they were doing was fighting. She felt as if they didn't care about her any more and they had forgotten about her because they wouldn't show her any love or attention. The lyrics: "Made it clear she's still here are you listening now?" shows that she is getting attention from lots of other people but still doesn't know if her parents have noticed and finally care about her.
