Let go of distractions in your life that are taking you away from what really matters. Don't get caught up in the hardships of today and the things that you can't change. Look forward to tomorrow so you don't get left in the negativity of today. (This is a great song to use for retreats).

Its about letting go of that feeling when your beating yourself up inside for something you regret doing or not doing. When it states "so this world won't find a way to leave you cold" its talking about being numb emotionally. When it states "know your not the only ship out on the ocean" it means know your not the only one who has regrets. Let it go. Save your strength for the present and the future, the past is right where it should be: ')
