The mood of this song reminds me of two people that are close together whether it be a couple, a family member, or a friend who have just recently split up and gone their separate paths. But something brings them back together, something much bigger than them. That although it is hard for them to ignore their recent past failure they are trying to push past the hurt they just caused to each other. It's hard to forgive but this song sets the mood of trying to forgive what was once thought of as an unforgivable cause. The people are trying to heal from their past. Their heart tells them to forgive each other but they are afraid that they will get hurt again because the hurt that they just recently experienced because of each other was one of the worse kind of pain they had ever experienced in their lives that it put them into a state of shock. They miss each other but they are too afraid that history will repeat itself but they are also afraid that they won't find someone else as good as they already are for each other. At the end they decide to take a step a step of faith and build their trust again. At the end of this song I see two people crying and hugging each other with mixed emotions.
