Crabb Family – Through The Fire lyrics

So many times I've questioned certain circumstances
Things I could not understand
Many times in trials, weakness blurs my vision
Then my frustration gets so out of hand
Its then I am reminded I've never been forsaken
I've never had to stand the test alone
As I look at all the victories the spirit rises up in me
And it's through the fire my weakness is made strong

He never promised that the cross would not get heavy
And the hill would not be hard to climb
He never offered our victories without fighting
But he said help would always come in time
Just remember when your standing in the valley of decision
And the adversary says give in
Just hold on, our lord will show up
And he will take you through the fire again

I know within myself that I would surely perish
But if I trust the hand of god, he'll shield the flames again

Repeat chorus

Praise the lord. "THROUGH THE FIRE " song. Touched our soul. My husband & I "THE FORGET ME NOTS" love to sing gospel and be our lords instrument. As seniors our budget is limited & we have daily struggles. However, you have made this song & video available for those with our budget limitations so that we can work our lords bible. I knew our lord would provide us wonderful songs to sing in his honor. We are providing an easter program next week for our precious veterans in the veterans home in huntsville, al. I am learning this song to open the show. The other song my daughter angelique loves, "THE WALK" my husband is learning to sing for her & the vets. She & the vets need your prayers as do we. Gods blessings. Bo & mary ellen hartness.
