I woke up early in my hotel room
Wait for my alarm to go
I think about the things I've gotta do
Damn, my mind is gonna blow
I'm freaking out, about, what's ahead
Maybe I'll just stay in bed
'Cause it's no fun to be the one going out of my head
So I tell it to myself again

You're looking for something you can't find
If you give it up, you'll lose your mind
There's always something in your way
What can you say?
You're gonna have good day

I quit my job about a week ago
Told 'em that I need some time
Now I'm going strong on Lexapro
Doctor says I'm doing fine
I'm freaking out about what's ahead
Maybe I'll just stay in bed
Cause it's no fun to be the one going out of my head
So I tell it to myself again

You're looking for something you can't find
If you give it up, you'll lose your mind
There's always somthing in your way
What can you say?
You're gonna have a good day

Just when I thought I couldn't lose
I realized that it's the only thing I knew

I'm freaking out about what's ahead
Maybe I'll just stay in bed
'Cause it's no fun to be the one going out of my head
So I tell it to myself
Tell it to myself
Tell it to myself again

You're looking for something you can't find
If you give it up, you'll lose your mind
There's always something in your way

You're looking for something you can't find
If you give it up, you'll lose your mind
There's always something in your way
What can you say?

You're looking for something you can't find
If you give it up, you'll lose your mind
There's always something in your way
What can you say?
You're gonna have a good day
You're gonna have a good day
You're gonna have a good day

I'm pretty sure it's about ocd. "i'm freaking out about what's ahead" some people with ocd have a very difficult time making decisions, and freak out about possible futures. "you're looking for something you can't find. If you give it up you'll lose your mind" possibly about compulsions, there's no logical reason for what you do, but if you don't do it you'll freak out. And lastly, "and now i'm going strong on lexapro" lexapro is an anti-depressant, but is sometimes used to treat ocd. Makes total sense to me!

To me this song is a good representation of what the law of attraction is about. You may think the guy is gonna have a crappy day, but as long as you believe it'll be a good day. You have to go out there and make it the day you want, dont let petty bs, ruin your day. It's telling us to have a good day and not worry about stuff. May not be the actual meaning of the song but thats how I interpret it, makes me happy. :)
