System Of A Down – Toxicity lyrics

Conversion, software version 7. 0
Looking at life through the eyes of a tire hub
Eating seeds is a pastime activity
The toxicity of our city, of our city

No, what do you own the world?
How do you own disorder, disorder
Now somewhere between the sacred silence
Sacred silence and sleep
Somewhere, between the sacred silence and sleep
Disorder, disorder, disorder

More wood for their fires, loud neighbours
Flashlight reveries caught in the headlights of a truck
Eating seeds is a pastime activity
The toxicity of our city, our city

No, what do you own the world?
How do you own disorder, disorder
Now somewhere between the sacred silence
Sacred silence and sleep
Somewhere between the sacred silence and sleep
Disorder, disorder, disorder

No, what do you own the world?
How do you own disorder
Now somewhere between the sacred silence
Sacred silence and sleep
Somewhere, between the sacred silence and sleep
Disorder, disorder, disorder

When I became the sun
I shone life into the mans' hearts
When I became the sun
I shone life into the mans' hearts

Well this song only reflects what is happening in the society. The situation of our community and the failure of coping with it. Or maybe we bare to deal with it but we just let the mistake past by and we don't even correct the mistakes. Even if we have the chance to correct it, then just let it pass by. It's sad but it's true
it just shows how chaotic the situation is right now due to politics, not taking good care of the environment, neglecting the future of the society, and all.
    I really feel bad.
    It's a cool song though.

Well for me, this song is about worst activity of men that kills our environment and society.
"Conversion software versio 7.0" - a software/program for landscape modeling and animation.
"Eating seeds is a pastime activity" - refering to a us (Human) who illegally cutting trees which seems to be a pastime activity just to earn money without knowing what could be the worst effect to our environment and to ourself.
"The toxicity of our city" - refering to the illegal loggers or enviroment killer (Human).
    My Questions:
How do we own the world? Can we preserve the God's gift if we all sees are Disorder, mess, and chaos? How can we lighted the reveries if we can see nothing but the darkness of disorder?

When I hear the song, I picture some sort of artificial intelligence system looking over a post-apocalyptic Earth. I think that it refers to the fact that even after destroying our world, humanity continues to 'eat seeds' (cause further destruction). Disorder would be a reference to the complete chaos that would ensue in a scenario where people are forced to survive by preying off each other. It speaks in resentment to its creators' foolishness, lingering over humanity's mindless way of destroying the world that was not only theirs for selfish greed.

Conversion software 7. 0 is how big corporations and governments always monopolize the system. Controlling the society and make society believe without that newest version, the society will crash. Society depends on it and the monopolizers use all the resources to upgrade all and make the society believe they live in better era, well in fact, all the resources are gone slowly, and all too late when human kinds find out that all we need aren't modern technology, but the basic needs.
