this song reminds me of my bestfriend. i'm completely in love with him and doesn't have the slightest clue. i think this song is like that. kinda like saying "it's so obvious, how can you not see that i love you?" my favorite part is the first stanza. "there's always something in the way. there's always something getting through. it's not me. it's you." this line, to me, says someone's bothering you, in your way, stuck in your head, but yet it tells you something, teaches you something. and that thing is someone you love. switchfoot is amazing.
