Stone Sour Wicked Game lyrics

[Chris Isaak Cover]

World was on fire and no one could save me but you.
Strange what desire will make foolish people do.
And I never dreamed that I'd meet somebody like you.
And I never dreamed that I knew somebody like you.

No, I don't want to fall in love.
No, I don't want to fall in love.
With you. With you.
[ Lyrics from: http://www.lyricsmode.com/lyrics/s/stone_sour/wicked_game.html ]
What a wicked game to play, to make me feel this way.
What a wicked thing to do, to make me dream of you.
What a wicked thing to say, you never felt that way.
What a wicked thing to do, to make me dream of you

And, I don't want to fall in love.
No, I don't want to fall in love.
With you. With you.

World was on fire and no one could save me but you.
Strange what desire will make foolish people do.
I never dreamed that I'd need somebody like you.
And I never dreamed that I'd lose somebody like you

No, I don't want to fall in love.
No, I don't want to fall in love.
No I...
No I...
Nobody loves no one.

I think it's about a guy who is already in love with a woman, but he understands that his love wil make no good to her and his love is not mutual. So he says to himself, that he shouldn't fall in love, but his heart knows that he's in love! Paradox) it's like he's ordering his mind to let this woman go, to forget her, but surely he can't. And in the end he loses her finally, don't know why( maybe he waited too long to tell her and her feelings gone cold, maybe she never even loved him( anyway, this song is really sad(

It's about a guy who knows he's going to love a certain someone but at the same time knows it's going to be a pain to his person. Like a moth to the flame (except the moth won't know whats in store for him. )
