After meeting the girl of my wildest dreams could only imagine. She made me promise her i would never hurt her and never break her heart. With her looks i soon discovered she had been hurt and left heart broken many times. Quite a while went by and we were both madly inlove. I stoped by a local jewelry store an picked up the nicest ring man could buy. I tried to make plans with her for a special day. She was busy. So next day i went too see her and everything went very well. So i made plans with her for the following friday. Friday morning came along and i got a call saying she was getting home from the track then gonna work out. So she said she would call me later. Later came and she called me and said she has dance class later and she asked if we could meet up saturday instead so i said sure no problem. So i got all dressed up and headed out to surprise her and pop the question right in her dance studio infront of everyone. A feeling of excitement was rushing through me as i drove there listening to my favorite band silverstein and listening to our favorite song " still dreaming" i pulled in and went up to her dance studio second i walked in i saw her wrapped around some 30 year old man. I stopes the ring turned and walked out and heard her scream my name. She followed me to the parking lot. So did he and he was yelling things and she was denying it but i knew she was lying. That also happened with him shortly after we were dating but we got through it. This time i know i couldn't trust again. I got in my truck and lit up the parking lot with diesel and tire smoke popes in my cd and smashed into pieces was first to come on. It described everything that i was feeling and what was going on in my head. Which lead me into a place i never will go again. But after healing time and thinking i realized this song means more then that day to me. Now everytime i hear it instead of depression and recklessness it takes me to happy place because i held up to my end of the bargain. And that's what i take from it after what she had gone through in the end i held my promise and that's more important too me then what she did.
