Love
I get so lost, sometimes
Days pass and this emptiness fills my heart
When I want to run away I drive off in my car
But, whichever way I go I come back to the place you are

But, all my instincts - they return
The grand facade so soon will burn
Without a noise - without my pride
I reach out from the inside

Love love love love love
I get so lost, sometimes
Days pass they pass and this emptiness fills my heart
When I want to run away I drive off in my car
But, whichever way I go I come back to the place you are

But, all my instincts - they return
The grand facade so soon will burn
Without a noise - without my pride
I reach out from the inside

In your eyes - the light, the heat
I am complete in your eyes
See the doorways of a thousand churches in your eyes
The resolution of all the fruitless searching
In Your Eyes

Love love love love love
I don't like to see so much pain
So much wasted, and this moment keeps slipping away
I get so tired working so hard for our survival
I look to the time with you to keep me awake and alive

But, all my instincts - they return
The grand facade so soon will burn
Without a noise - without my pride
I reach out from the inside

In your eyes - the light, the heat
I am complete in your eyes
See the doorways of a thousand churches
I will not be that complete
In your eyes
In your eyes
In your eyes

In your eyes

Love
I get so lost, sometimes

A love that sees a lot of things that makes the person frightened of it. The beauty of this song lies in It's simple but very firm stand on how love can be both scary and exciting. This version is very nice. Listen to it. It's teaching me a lot of things. I'm hoping it'd be the same for others who decides to listen to it.

Someone is telling their love that they had a tendency to run away when they were afraid or in a bad relationship, but that they keep coming back to them. The bridge is about how their coming to terms with themselves. The chorus is how the other person completes them
the second verse is about how hard the person will try and make this relationship work

    (chorus)
