A journey is the act of travelling from a departure point to a destination. Physical journeys in particular encompass this ‘beginning’ process however; the physical journey is much more than that. It is a combination of the physical movement and the challenges and obstacles which can face the traveler emotionally and spiritually. The result of the journey then is often a better understanding of themselves and the world around them. This journey also could involve an inner journey as well as a physical one. Journey could imply travel, to experience different cultures, new sights, learn new things and there could be challenges that could possibly change your perspective on life and/or learn more about yourself. A journey can take many forms and could last a long time/short time to get to the destination. Although to get to the destination can be important, the journey or quest can be just as important.
