If i remember correctly, flowers said this song was based off of him, he didn't know where his girlfriend was, so he checked at a pub. He saw her making out with some dude. He made himself miserable thinking what she did with him, but he decided to move on.

This song is great, probably came once he had a gf and then broke up and she quickly found another bf while he was havin hard time getting over breakup. Turned it into a song.

I think mr. Bright side is about a man explaining things that he sees but wished he didn't see and that is where the jealous part of the song comes in! :)

It's about the green-eyed monster. He's so jelous that he's imaging his new girl with someone else, and he can't stop.

The guy is soo lonely cuz his love interest is taken. Hes saying he's looking at it optimistically in a way i guess. Cuz hes not making a big deal and beating up the other guy, i guess... That would be a whole other song... Sorry if i got it wrong. I just love this song sooo much thank you for coming up with this song.

Well the man is trying to get into the girl's the pants, meaning that he's looking for a good hump. And the singer isn't too happy to be watching this douchbag do that thing to the girl, since he likes her.
