I think this song meaning is that Jesse misses a girl (probably an ex-girlfriend or a still girlfriend) that went away like a year ago and he hasnt known anything from this girl for months, and he is missing her until the point to drive him crazy. He really seems to miss this girl and is so in love with her, and can't even sleep thinkin about her and in this song he is asking the girl he loves, if she misses him to.

I think it's "damn those sweet memories" I love this song too. Jesse mccartney is one of my favorites.

I think that line is really funny. But he's upset because there's this girl that he can't get off his mind and he wants to know how she can sleep when he can't stop thinking about her. He might be asking if she knows how it's killing that she hasn't contacted him in about a year.
Personally, if I was with jesse mccartney, I would never leave him like that haha.
