Savior I come
Quiet my soul remember
Redemption's hill
Where Your blood was spilled
For my ransom
Everything I once held dear
I count it all as lost

Chorus:
Lead me to the cross
Where Your love poured out
Bring me to my knees
Lord I lay me down
Rid me of myself
I belong to You
Oh Lead me, lead me to the cross

You were as I
Tempted and trialed
You were
The word became flesh
Bore my sin and death
Now you're risen
Everything I once held dear
I count it all as loss

Chorus

Bridge:
To your heart
To your heart
To your heart
Lead me to your heart

Everyday we always have something to complain about. For some people it always seem like the end of the world when it's only really petty stuff. If we would think only for one minute before we complain about what jesus endured for our salvation, our petty stuff and even the more serious things would not seem that horrible compare to all this suffering jesus had to go through. For me "lead me to the cross" is a reality check. Thank you jesus for your sacrifice.

He surrendered his all for us - surrender your all to him and live your life for him. A true gentleman, who did not deserve this nor do we deserve what he gives us. Thank him moment by moment for his great love - a true love was poured out for us! Live and love like it!
May you have the true peace of God in your heart always! A very beautiful representation of what true love is - a willing sacrifice is what it takes. Be an "in it to win it" for the kingdom person and give god all the glory - he deserves all that and so much more. His only desire is to have a relationship with you. We were created so he would have someone to love!

This is about the time when jesus christ was praying at the hill all by himself and being tortured by the evil spirit that his blood spilled at the place. Matthew 26: 36-46 marcos 13: 32-42 lukas 22: 40-46 and this just says despite the pain, the torture he prayed for us, he gave his life for us.
