Hillsong United – Came To My Rescue lyrics

Falling On My Knees In Worship
Giving All I Am To Seek Your Face
Lord All I Am Is Yours

My Whole Life
I Place In Your Hands
God Of Mercy
Humbled I Bow Down
In Your Presence At Your Throne

I Called You Answered
And You Came To My Rescue And I
I Wanna Be Where You Are

In My Life Be Lifted High
In Our World Be Lifted High
In Our Love Be Lifted High

I feel like when we are in our lowest times and trapped in worldly desires when we know the truth of jesus. Us as individuals begin to think of what the lord has for us and think of a higher calling. I know I have done this plenty of times. I have a praying family, when I am at my lowest. I can't seem to get out of this vicious cycle. I wish to fully devote my life to god and share the news of jesus christ! This songs message is saying "lord I am yours, have your way with me, mold me and make me into what you intended all along. The true example of giving your life to god as a believer and living a righteous lifestyle.
