You have the power to heal yourself

All illness can be healed
The cell regenerates
Disambiguated situation
There is a secret code
In the structure of the mind
You have the power to heal yourself

Flesh bodies mute and blinded
Roaming uncertain, lost
Infected misinformed
Releasing a black enormous insect
Out from the chest
Archaic form disease

Esoteric surgery a dissection of the soul
Unsuspected precise power
On the wounded astral body
Projected beam of light

All illness can be healed
The cell regenerates
Disambiguated situation
There is a secret code
In the structure of the mind
You have the power to heal yourself

Suspended floating in empty spaces
Descending swift like a fire running down
Obstruction disintegration life force
Overcoming all circumstances
Release the pain

Now that's some lyrics which can't be understood within one way of interpretation only. I'll give mine, yet it only appeals to my own personal situation.
In my opinion it's about the inner spirit suffering; many of us metal heads can surely agree that the worst pain known to man lies within the mentality, consciousness, psychological sorrow strikes tremendously badder than the physical pain. This is about the demon we all hold inside of ourselves, be it as to our own decision or as to external influences, such as society or general hatred deriving from it.
Gojira define it as an "illness" which "can be healed" by the help of a "beam of light". The astral body might be that star which guides us, like if everyone had their own guide up there in the universe, Sirius alike - one of the stars shining the brightest in the nocturnal sky. We can be helped with our sick spirits by the hand of a star light, somehow.
The meaning goes much deeper into the esoteric nature of human existence, though my perception of it up to here is enough to gain strength and fight against the evil side of myself. I'm sure as hell there's some other meaning of this song, but I'm fine with sharing my own.

Appreciate the comments, but I think you both missed the point. This song is definitely about spiritual/mentally healing actual physical illness. Love life live longer, lose yourself the body decays faster. All illness can be healed as in your cells know how to regenerate, but the secret code is lost in uncertainty and fear. I know this guy may be a crack job personally I believe the song is very accurate.

This song revolves around the concept of afterlife and rebirth, holding it true. The fact that the body decays, while the soul lives on and comes back to another body.
We as bodies, are mislead and misguided. We have forgotten the purpose our soul came into this body to fulfill, and now we roam around lost and confused, slowly getting detached from the pure souls(energy) that we all are. Our bodies succumb to the evils on earth and that is what we are left with.

After death, the soul(astral body) gets healed by an esoteric form of surgery, and a beam of positive energy acts as the knife that forces out all the obstructions(negative energies) only to come back again for another shot at earth.

But! Through this concept, the songs tries to tell us that we have a similar power hidden inside all of us, that we need to realize.

We need to meditate and let our astral bodies out to get healed and come back(Descending swift like a fire running down
Obstruction disintegration life force) so that we can be focused on our experience of earth and not succumb to misguidance.
