The song does play along with pete's relationship with ashlee. "i wanna scream i love you from the top of my lungs but i'm afraid someone else will hear me" is him saying that if he told ashlee how much he loved her that it would be in the tabloids the next day. "you can only blame your problems on the world for so long before it all becomes the same old song" is him taking the blame for everything thats happened. "as soon as we hit the hospitol i know were gonna leave this town and get new passports get out now" is talking about how he just wanted to escape with her after the baby was born. The rest of the song i think is pete remembering all his memories of loved ones and how he still remembers all of them even when shes gone.

They wrote it for me, because i have been a fan of them ever since i first heard them and i know most of the words to almost all of their songs. I wish they'd get back together, i'd cry for days. Ilovefalloutboy.

A few of the lyrics are wrong. It's "sometimes i wanna quit this all" and "you can only blame your problems on the world for so long"

I love fall out boy. Their lyrics are quirky yet meaningful. Weird but true. I want to see them live more than anything

I believe pete wrote this and i think he ment it towards ashlee and he ment i wanna scream i love you from the top of my lung but he afraid someone else is gonna hear him such as maybe a groupie of something and think hes talking about her... As soon as we hit the hospital, i know we're gonna leave this town

and he proabably wrote that about ashlee having the baby...

Means you cant blame some else for your problems for song long or it all begins to sound the same. You have to take the blame yourself.

Means your embarrassed to say "i love you" to someone but you don't want people to know you like that them
