DeWayne Woods – Let Go lyrics

I couldn't seem to fall asleep
There was so much on my mind
Searching for that peace
But the peace I could not find
So then I knealed down to pray
Praying help me please
Then He said you don't have to cry
Cause I'll supply all your needs

As sooon as I stop worrying (soon as I stopped worrying)
Worrying how the story ends (When I let go)
I let go (And I let) and I let God (let Him have)
(Let Him Have) Let God have His way
(That's when things) That's when things start happening
I'll stop looking at back then
I let go and I'll let God have His way

There so much going on
Sometimes I can't find my way
And often times I struggle
Struggle from day to day
I have to realize that it's not my battle
It's not my battle to fight
I have to know if I put it in His hands
That everything will be alright

(Back to Chorus)

Let go
Let God x5
My brother let go
And let God
My sister you can't handle it
Let God
Oh let go
And let God [x3]
Let go
Let God [x6]

Silently or softly spoken, it affirms to your mind, body and soul to shut down all incoming and internal stimuli, to slow down relax and feel better. Knowing from deep within your spirit that God is embedded in you. With all power and strenght ready to help bring about your change. No matter how great or what the circumstance may be. For he is the Creator, the begining and the end Alpha and Omega.

It means that you surrender to will and way of god. Often times, this only happens after we have totally exhausted every option that we know of in our on power. However, if we knew what was best for us, we'd realized that surrender to god 1st eases the burden because you're totally resting and trusting in jesus as a baby is resting and trusting in the comfort of their parents.

I have been divorce for 4 years now and raising 3children under the age of 10and times get hard for me but I have to put my faith in him and I have to let go and let god do his work so that I can receive the many blessings from him. I have prayed that he make me a stronger woman and he is everyday. Thank you my father in heaven.

God will forgive all the sins of your past. He will deliver you into a new life once you have excepted jesus his son as your lord and saviour. You now need to forgive yourself of your past sins let all that go. Let god take full control of your life and stop looking back into your past. 1 cor 2: 9, "but as it is written, eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither hath entered nto the heart of man, the things that god has prepared for those who love him. "
