I see her smile in her sleep, I know that she's a dreamer.
Oh, I'll follow every move she makes.
It's been a long, long night.
Say you're mine.
Say you're mine.
Can I keep you tonight?
Tonight...
And we dance around just like constellations.
You keep my body warm.
And we dance around just like constelations.
You're keeping me awake at night.
You make my body warm.
And I fall for her like snow from the sky.
Gracefully I land in her arms.
But I melted away like snow into the ground.
I told her I've gotta go.
I've gotta go. [ Lyrics from: http://www.lyricsmode.com/lyrics/c/chiodos/notes_in_constellations.html ]
And we dance around just like constellations.
You keep my body warm.
And we dance around just like constellations.
You're keeping me awake at night.
You make my body warm.
It's been a long, long night
You said you're mine.
I felt so bad but I had to go.
No she never wanted me to leave her behind.
No she never wanted me to leave her.
(To leave her) So long, so long.
And we dance around just like constellations.
We dance around just like constellations.
We dance around, we dance around.
We dance around, we dance around.
We dance around, we dance around.
You make my body warm.
You make my body warm.
We dance around, we dance around.
We dance around, we dance around.
We dance around, we dance around...
This song was written by chiodos vocalist brandon bolmer about his friend, christopher "notes" olsen, after he died. Originally, the song was about two lovers who were forced to part ways, but after the death of "notes", it took on a double meaning.

Loving someone. Wanting nothing more than to be with them, yet something, somehow, finds a way to keep you apart.

I love this song, it's beautiful. I think i understand it as being about leaving some-one, not wanting to, but knowing it's for the best..

"its a song about leaving someone who loves you but you just cant stay
Duh, its twilight! "
You should die for saying that. This song has nothing to do with that pathetic excuse for a love story.

Its a song about leaving someone who loves you but you just cant stay
Lejos, lejos.
Y bailamos como constelaciones,
bailamos com contelaciones,
bailamos, bailamos,
bailamos, bailamos,
bailamos, bailamos,
tĂș mantienes mi cuerpo caliente
tĂș mantienes mi cuerpo caliente.
