I feel like this song is explained the best in the line " jesus, i'm trying so hard to stop tying so hard, just let you be who you are lord, who you are in me "

We get so caught up in "trying to be good " that we basicly negate the true meaning behind our salvation . Our good works even after we are saved are like "filthy rags! "

This song reminds me of the fact that god's love for me is higher,deeper and wider than i can ever imagine. It reminds me of his faithfulness that never ends(even in my unfaithfulness), his mercy for me that is renewed every morning. It reminds me that god is love and that he is the perfect example of a father to me.

What a wonderful song from casting crowns... I can really relate to this song because sometimes we are weak to fight the spiritual battle even though we are saved already, sometimes we commit sin cause we are still in the flesh... But every time i made mistakes i really feel conscience after that... And then i will confess it to god and ask forgiveness... But there will always be the "whip" of god to teach us a lesson... And make us not to do that again... Even if how big is our sin, god will never leave us... We are always be saved
just like the casting crowns... I will not lose my follow through between the altar and the door
praise be to god almighty!!! I'm always be his child!
