My secrets are burning a hole through my heart
And my bones catch a fever
When it cuts you up this deep
It's hard to find a way to breathe

Your eyes are swallowing me
Mirrors start to whisper
Shadows start to sing
My skin's smothering me
Help me find a way to breathe

Time stood still
The way it did before
It's like I'm sleepwalking
Fell into another hole again
It's like I'm sleepwalking

I'm at the edge of the world
Where do I go from here?
Do I disappear?
Edge of the world
Should I sink or swim?
Or simply disappear
?

Your eyes are swallowing me
Mirrors start to whisper
Shadows start to sing
My skin's smothering me
Help me find a way to breathe

Sing it!

Time stood still
The way it did before
It's like I'm sleepwalking

Fell into another hole again
It's like I'm sleepwalking

Wake up!
Take my hand and
Give me a reason to start again
Wake up
!
Pull me out and
Give me a reason to start again

Time stands still
(Time stands still)
Time stands still
(Time stands still)

Your eyes are swallowing me
Mirrors start to whisper
Shadows start to sing
My skin's smothering me
Help me find a way to breathe

Time stood still
The way it did before
It's like I'm sleepwalking
Fell into another hole again
It's like I'm sleepwalking
(It's like I'm sleepwalking)
(It's like I'm sleepwalking)
(It's like I'm sleepwalking)

Time stood still
The way it did before
It's like I'm sleepwalking

Many of times I myself have been sleepwalking, of such times I am wide awake. Bmth are so amazing, yet my parents disagree. I hate it how parents think our taste of music is horrible, such as sws and bmth, and I find it difficult how they find thier music 'mess', cos I'm sure when they were young, they listended to some stuff that thier parents disagreed with, and yet they don't take that into context whilst speaking to thier children. Personally, I think that if adults and parents like this type of music, tht they world will be a better place. Its the same as tattoos and ear stretchers or other piercings, I frown apon the adults who frown apon the freedom of expression and ignore that we have a right to do whatever we want to our bodies. I believe it is time to make them realise that metal isn't just loud obnoxious noise, that we are trying to tell them something, we own our bodies (yet they disagree) and when it cuts you up this deep, its hard to find a way to breathe. Yeah.

My expectations how are but I know that bmth can achieve those kind of expectations because they are my favorite band.

Sleeping With Sirens cant be compared to BMTH. You're comparing two different genres entirely and styles of music because they fall onto the false "metalcore" title. BMTH is a death-core band who simply released an album that contained more clean vocals and electronic rhythm in the selected songs, as compared to the post-hardcore type music SWS gives out.
Its tiring seeing people who compare different music tastes entirely as one just because stores like hot topic sell merch for both genres.
I loved BMTH since Pray For Plagues was released, as I enjoyed SWS when they released their cover of Isis.
In all honesty, different genres are created to connect different people, and its ok to admire to different bands. In fact, it's always positive to be a fan of many tastes and to expand your music selection.
But in basic terms, comparing a tomato to a hamburger doesn't entirely make sense. Sure, tomatoes can go with a burger, but both give a feeling of enjoyment that is selective to the individual.
I hope you can understand my stance on the matter, and take my advice. Stop with the unbearable comparisons.

@Unregistered: I'm shocked at your idea that the world would be a better place if adults liked this type of music. Now, I'm not talking about the genre, I'm talking about the content. Bmth is a very misled group of God-haters. They have no faith and are very ignorant. I find it so ironic to the point of cold chills that they have a song called "Go to hell for heaven's sake", because sadly, they, in fact, will be the ones going to hell unless they change.
