I come to the garden alone
While the dew is still on the roses
And the voice I hear falling on my ear
The son of God discloses
And He walks with me
And He talks with me
And He tells me I am His own
And the joy we share as we tarry there
None other has ever known [ Lyrics from: http://www.lyricsmode.com/lyrics/b/brad_paisley/in_the_garden.html ]
He speaks and the sound of His voice
Is so sweet that the birds hush their singing
And the melody that He gave to me
Within my heart is ringing
And He walks with me
And He talks with me
And He tells me I am His own
And the joy we share as we tarry there
None other has ever known
And the joy we share as we tarry there
None other has ever known

My mom passed away 1/15/2012 after a 37 year battle with m. S. Many of these years not being able to walk and hardly move or talk clearly. This song is her favorite and it makes believe she is now walking, running and jumping like she hasn't done for so many years in heaven with jesus.

My dad passed this november. He was a vegetable farmer who i'm sure had many walks and talks over the years while out in the fields working and worrying. I find solace by listening to this song picturing him walking and talking with our lord on a beautiful farm in heaven with no more worries.

It a celebration song of " going home", never to roam these roads physically alone again.. You will be with jesus, never to be alone again, & you'll sing & sing & sing... Even the birds will hush... What a glorous day that will be..
