Well if you listened to the rest of the album it's about a break up, and this song is explaining how the girl that broke up with him and can die for all he cares because its only karma, and its like she killed him mentally when she broke up with him

I think that this song means that one chick name karma kill him and left him by the road to die and thats why they said "karma's a bitch right".
