I no I never wanna see you smile
And I never wanna see you satisfied

If the sun came up tomorrow
And you lived in a perfect place
That just wouldn't be good enough for you
You could have a happy family, money,
And the perfect face
But that wouldn't be good enough for you
Enough for you

And I no I never wanna see you smile
And I never wanna see you satisfied
On a Sunday morning now I'm moving on

I no I never wanna see you die
But I never wanna see you satisfied
Are you satisfied

Are you satisfied how it came and went
Satified when I pay your rent
Will you ever regret all the things you said
Satisfied oh

I crashed and burned a thousand times
Just to be your friend
But you gave me nothing in return
You played on my obsession for ya
Until the bitter end
I can't beieve I got what you deserved
What you deserve

I no I never wanna see you smile
And I never wanna see you satisfied
Are you satisfied

Are you satisfied how it came and went
Satisfied when I pay your rent
Will you ever regret all the things you said
Are you satisfied oh
Are you satified in another man's bed
Satified you left me all but dead
How dare you ever deny all the things I did
Satisfied ahhh
Ohhh

I no I never wanna see you die
But I never wanna see you satisfied...

In my opinion, he's saying that although he cannot wish his ex happiness, or WISH to make her cry, by the end he cannot offer even peace & serenity. He does not want her to die, but he doesn't wish her a fulfilled life either. How else can karma come back around and kick her butt? He doesn't want her to enjoy life with anyone, or in any way, because she showed him no mercy and as he said , "left me all but dead". Why should she be satisfied in life after tearing someone's SOUL IN TWO?

I've been with the same man for 15 years and he tells me he is ready for some one new & better. I've given him everything he's ever asked for and never said no. He has been a good man, but he's going through something right now. I hope he finds in life that i was good to him, but i think its going to be a hard road for him. He thinks the grass is greener on the other side... But the other side isn't going to put up with what i did for 15 years. I love him more than life itself. I'd die for him. I hope he sees it one day.

17 yrs. And i don't even know who she is anymore. Really don't know if i ever really knew her then. It's been all about her. She is going to get what she deserves. A long lonely rest of her life wondering from bed to bed.

This song means i'm not alone. So many similarities just when you think "why me? " you realize there are a lot of completely dillusional, entitled women out there. Got a feeling this one is gonna get a lot of play from me for years to come. Sorry to hear anyone else has had to live this pal! Hang in there, but know she will never change

Sounds just like the b my son has been tied to for the last 6 years. Maybe someday his eyes will open and a better girl will come along.
