alexthomasdavis – You Broke My Heart lyrics

You broke my heart
You broke my heart
You broke my heart
And now it's gone away
You broke my heart
You broke my heart
You broke my heart
And now it's gone astray
You know I'll miss you
You know I will
You know I loved you
When my heart stood still
You broke my heart
You know I hurt you
You know it's true
You know it's hurtful
When your black and blue
You broke my heart
You know I begged you
To stay on cue
You know I'll wed you
When the day is through

You broke my heart

This is an excellent song sung from the heart. It has a great change in it half way through the verse when it goes to B Flat. This really makes the song I feel. So its about having a broken heart and one day getting back together, defiance is a great thing if often blind!
