To me this is a strong song, i have truly lived this song. To me this song means so much. its my struggle of falling in love many times but it was always a disaster, i was ripped apart. i have become acostomed to knowing that i DONT have a home. to me a home is where true love is, were there is a family, not just a house where u live. This was how i lived until i met the best man in the world, and i know that sounds cliche but its true. him and i believe that the best things happen unexpectedly, and thats how we happened, when we wernt even searching for someone and now we have found each other, and this song competly describes it. He is going into the United States Coast Guard, as the song states, this life isnt a fairytale and that is true. it takes a lot of courage to stand in the silent ranks fo the military. we have both made sacrafices. i have let go of a life that only tortuered me and found strength comfort and true love in the arms of one man, and that is the only place i can truly say i feel i am at home. i am truly happy again now that i have found him and nothing else matters because home is in his arms and we go through our struggles and face many challenges but in the end its worth it, because we have found home.
