The past cannot be changed no matter what we do. You may have done something bad to someone or regreted a decision you once made or someone has done bad things to you; even so you must be able to forgive, you must not linger in the past because nothing will change. So better look to the future where you can do more things; good things, and it's something that cannot be taken away from you no matter what happens.
