She is saying she is different and special and unique. She is saying she isn't like normal girls and is like an alien. Someone very different. She is her own self and unique. She is rare and hard to find from somewhere else "outer space" is far away from where we live. She is saying she is her own person and cannot be replaced by anyone else. She is the only one of her in the entire world. She is special!

If your lips move, then you are lying. This is an ad hominem fallacy because we have no context. Additionally, she might actually be telling the truth because she has internal rhyme within this line. She also reveals her speech impediment which causes her to repeat things. SO, this artist is very distrustful.
