"Blank Space" is not about any of her past relationships, or her "trust issues", this song isn't even really about her. It's about how the media is portraying her as a crazy jealousy junky bitch who uses men over and over for relationships that always wind up in a song. This song has nothing to do with her past relationships or anything like that, this song is about how the world is seeing her for something that she's not. And by everyone just assuming that it's about some ex that we've never been informed about is just proving exactly what she's saying in the song.
