verse 1 sounds like forming a relationship but I'm a mom so I think about the day my son was born. Especially this:

Beauty in all she is

It's like I was meant to be a mother before I even knew. A mother's bond is to put your child's needs in front of you're own and you would do what it takes to protect them, even if you're afraid. It's a soul connection... thousands of years.
And "I have died every day waiting for you" is like being pregnant and in anticipation of the future.
