Well... I corrected the line "Gone are [?] the future now" but it has reverted back to this for some reason! I think it should be "Gone to the future now" because. Damon Albarn sings with a South or England (London) accent. People say I'm gonna the shops" or "We're gonna the cinema" Which is really "I'm going to the (shops, cinema etc) It's just a typical Southern English pronunciation (lazy if you like)

Meaning
These lyrics are all wrong! There's no phonetic relationship between the singer's words & what is written here. I can't find any complete lyrics for it translated into English & I don't speak any dialect of Hindi bu I have seen a few of the main phrases written down & they are definitely different to these, Even so the singer sings something not written in the words I found which start; ."Nadiya bair bhai" (something like "the river is against me")
