I really feel the words are so apt for the world we live in today. Life can be very difficult for many people. It is not ok to say to anyone, just get up, move on and forget about something that has hurt you in your life, your past, your present. It is ok to feel sad, hurt, depressed. It is ok to wish to talk through an issue and then you may find it easier to try and move on. It is ok not to feel ok. I dont believe anyone can move on the way they say they do. Unresolved issues come up in how people act out in their lives. I believe that talking though issues is so healthy, it gives you permission to say how you feel. Only after acknowledging your hurt, pain and sadness can you try to get on with your life. I have seen the evidence of unresolved issues in people's lives and they are not fully evolved as a result of it. I also believe we all need to talk to friends, or maybe a professional person to help us with issues that we have in our lives. Hope this can help someone.
