I think it's to do with suicide; when it says "While ceiling fans" and "will take my life again" I think of a noose hanging from a ceiling fan, because you feel jealous of that person who is doing great, you'd kill yourself in feeling worthless. And the fact to do with the first line in this paragraph says that is rare to be doing great.
