I think they were scared and regretting doing things they did that ended up with them falling in love again, I think they realized that it could have stayed simple between them without a kiss and only a name would have been good enough cause know no matter what they think they should do there heart wouldnt be able to do it now, its too late and they could tell it was happening but there was no way to stop it, tha heart wants what it wants, but they hope they arent the only one feeling this way because they're already wrapped up in the other person and they're hoping and praying that the person is feeling the same because itll hurt that much worse if the feelings arent reciprocated back. Fear of rejection but risking to tell how they feel and hopeing they arent alone in there feelings. Its a lovers song and I'm really feeling it right now, because I can relate.
