I had the opportunity to see Andy and Jill do a little, intimate concert in a friend's (rather large) living room. It was quite an experience listening to both the songs and the backgrounds of each composition. This song is actually about a friend of Andy's who cut off his middle toe with a lawn mower. The re-attachment surgery didn't take.
Great song.
