I think the meaning is the girls is perfect for any guy and could get any guy she wants so she is wasting his time because he isn't falling for it, or is he? He wants her but won't admit it because she could be everything he needs but enough to break his heart.

I think this song is about someone (person 1) who is crazy about someone else ( person 2) -- when your crazyabout someone you see their flaws but they still seem flawless and when your really put off by someone (this may sound rude) but in a way they seem disgusting and you don't want them and they seem like flawed in everyway :) and in this song that's the case and i think person 2 is saying "look, i don't want you and no matter how much you want me i won't want you - even if you still want me not caring wheter i care for you or not remember if we were in a relationship i wouldn't care for you" and the line "you will be everything i need" i think means - you may be perfect for me and we may suite but i still don't want you and the line " you will be the smile i don't want" also sorta means the same thing - your good for me but i actually think your annoying and get in the way
