I cant explain it without using a story, but there's this guy who's gf broke up with him. He had a crush on her since they were 9 but she never looked at him once. She went away when they were 10 and came back at 14. She'll never know why but he still liked her. By the time they were 16 and ontheir last year of hs together, he had managed to make her look at him, but still they had never talked. She had to move away again at 17 but they were a couple by then, and she broke it off within a few months of trying long distance. He wonders why she ever went out with him in the first place. :(

I ike this song because he's pretty much saying he doesn't wanna be in love with someone who never really notices him, and/or is easily controled... But he can't help it, he's falling and she's the only one to save him. *)

I actually agree that he's in denial about being in love with the girl. That's the first thing i thought when i heard this song.

This song is about denial, strait up. But you have to think about it from "her" point of view, giving that up to a boy, letting him tell you he loves you gives up all your power of indepences. Maby "she" doesn't want to give that small piece of herself up to some guy that could do whatever with it. Just trying to give another twist to things.

Sucha cute song ♥ well, this song means that he's in love with a girl, but the girl won't hear anything he's saying, i think :( sadness. Hehee. But this song is just awesome and i love replaying it over and over again. Lol. Hardcore :)
