After 47 years of marriage, after the many pains experienced as we built our family, established our lives, and the children living their own lives. Boredom and dryness seeps in. But thank God. He was with us all along. We were asked to sing for the Love Celebration of the church and he chose this song. It was difficult for him to sing again. But I encouraged him to practice with me. And God used this song to remind me of the pledge I carelessly made 47 years ago. Before Him and to him. To cherish the treasure that was my husband. Thank you Lord!

I really love this song, I've learned this when I was a choir member in our church. The first time I sing this song was the day of my brother"s
Wedding. It's really a great song to me because the message is very meaningful, realistic and true. For the meaning of i" i cherish the treasure" is considering every moment with your love ones as a precious gem. Showing your love, care and importance with your love ones is a treasures that you will cherish for the rest of your life.

I really don't know this song until my boyfriend put this on the usb together with my favorite songs, he told me he include one song and he wants to dedicate it to me, when the song played I want to cry, the message is very realistic, though we often forget what is basic and yet it is very essential to a relationship, thanks to the song, when we had some misunderstanding, he will just sing this song, to remind us that we need each other, next month we are going home for our wedding,.
