this is about heroin. at the time he was pretty much into this drug. "all my friends are brown and red", heroin is rarely white but most often a chalky brown and red is the act of drawing blood into the syringe to mix with the H, "and all my friends are skeletons", this line is self-explanatory, "come on while I get off", self explanatory again and the reference to "all my friends are indians" is an allusion to the destruction of the native americans with 'firewater' that would make them feel good for a while but ultimately killed them. I hope this clears the confusion up.

Im not really sure what this song means but it makes me think of the times in highschool when I use to sing it and beat on the lockers with my pudding snack spoon. Either way I've been trying to figure it out and have failed at finding the true meaning online. Since this damn thing told me to write at least 50 words so Hopefully I'm at 50 now but maybe not. Another possible meaning could be cooking...crack anyone?
