Let's say we're sorry before it's too late
Give forgiveness a chance
Turn anger into water
Let it slip through our hands

We all bleed red, we all taste rain
All fall down, lose our way
We all say words we regret
We all cry tears, we all bleed red

If we're fighting, we're both losing
We're just wasting our time
Because my scars, they're your scars
And your world is mine
You and I

We all bleed red, we all taste rain
All fall down, lose our way
We all say words we regret
We all cry tears, we all bleed red

Sometimes we're strong, sometimes we're weak
Sometimes we're hurt, and it cuts deep
We live this life breath to breath
We're all the same, we all bleed red

Let's say we're sorry before it's too late

We all bleed red, we all taste rain
All fall down, lose our way
We all say words we regret
We all cry tears, we all bleed red

Sometimes we're strong, sometimes we're weak
Sometimes we're hurt, it cuts deep
We all say words we regret
We're all the same, we all bleed red

My meaning to bleeding red is too many words to describe, but I feel he is tired of fighting the same battles life throws at him, so he picks a new battle to face, same with everyone else in this world, I know one battle in particular is when I lost my mother to caner when I was 10 years ago, but I learned to face another demon because eventually you will no longer have anymore demons, I can relate to ronnie, he has a beautiful voice and I just die when I hear this song(:

I'm dealing with a tough decision between two amazing women. I'm with the one that means the most to me right now and then the other one I care deap about and want to be with her. I don't want to hurt either of them and when I listened to this song and I see all the good in life and how people are the same I know this song is a true one because no matter how much either of them meke me mad I think back to the first verse of the song "turn the anger into water, let it slip through our vanes". That vesrse always gets me and I realize that I can't stay mad and this song really helps me.

Because I am currently experiencing a divorce through the eyes of my loving partner, and I can see the struggle of the battle, internally/financially/emotionally, I took this song and its deep lyrics as a plea to all involved in such circumstances (parents, inlaws, siblings, friends) to find peace. "your world is mine" can mean the family body, and no matter how much you fight, you have to live and work for a common goal, especially if children are involved. I hope more divorcing couples can put the pain behind them, listen to this song, and find strength.
