For the lord of god omnipotent, reigneth. The rebus of 'son of heaven:' is found in the term emperor, formally translating into ‘the son of heaven;’ where heaven refers to ‘the celestial heavens or the universe’. The emperor was able to rule because he had the ‘mandate of the divination of the movement of heaven;’ a form of communication, ‘one who speaks in a certain manner. ’
