All the wild horses
All the wild horses
Tethered with tears in their eyes
May no man's touch ever tame
May no man's reigns ever chain you
And may no man's weight ever defrayed your soul
And as for the clouds
Just let them roll
Roll away
Roll away
As for the clouds
Just let them roll
Roll away
Roll away

There is a tendency for man to tame wild thngs here on earth. Ray is hoping that doesn't happen to the wild horses. Let them be free as they were intended. However, there are definite free, inanimate things that truly can never be tamed. Let them "roll away" in their own true way as they are beautiful and true.

In a perfect world no man would control what we do or where we go.
But... this isn't a perfect world... and we can only do what we can to help the excess wild horses that the cattle interests want off "their" grazing lands... our grazing lands.
So, we must help the captured "wild horses" find good loving homes and become our loved "wild" domesticated horses. Especially with the recent "3 strikes" law that passed...
