Prima J is a Mexican American musical group, composed of cousins Janelle Martinez and Jessica Martinez. Jessica, born on , 1988 and Janelle born on , 1988 came up with the name "Prima J" by taking the letter "j" out of their first names, and "prima" (meaning female cousins), and put it together.
