[Verse 1]
Wherever you found it,
It's none of my business
Now, wherever you go, go, go
It's not my concern
But for a second, your attention
Just belonged to me
And it passed so fast
Which is scratchin' off my cool

I'm not broken-hearted,
I'm just kind of pissed off

[Chorus]
'Cause, Allie I was so good back then
But I wonder if I'd be so good if I saw you again
Listen, miss, you've got me
You shoulda taught me such naughty things
(You shoulda taught me such naughty things)
You coulda taught me such naughty things

[Verse 2]
You sang to me (in a whisper, a capella)
Cross-legged on Andrew's bed
And I, drunk beyond my fifteen years,
Wished to be anywhere else instead
'Cause I was still terrified of you
And, oh, I was too scared to dare to do
So I slid, unsprung, off the mattress
And crumpled to the floor, and the sad fact is

You said you were protected.
I thought you meant you had a gun.

[Chorus]
'Cause, Allie I was so good back then
But I wonder if I'd be so good if I saw you again
Listen, miss, you've got me
You shoulda taught me such naughty things
(You shoulda taught me such naughty things)
You coulda taught me such naughty things

[Guitar Solo]

(Huh! )
Allie I was so good-
But I wonder, but I wonder, but I wonder
But I wonder, if I'd be so good-
(You shoulda taught me such naughty things)
Oh, you coulda taught me such naughty things

[Chorus]
Allie I was so good back then
But I wonder if I'd be so good if I saw you again
Listen, miss, you've got me
You shoulda taught me such naughty things
(Tonight we're going to do naughty things)
You shoulda taught me such naughty things, yeah

Allie cheated on him, probably because he was an average joe who was plain and safe and all. And now he's saying he couldn't be the same guy towards allie anymore because of what she did to him. Also, he wishes she'd taught him "such naughty things" which he thinks might have prevented allie from cheating and saved their relationship.

It's not about the girl he lost his virginity to. It's about a past love he's wondering about and how it'd be knowing what he knows now.

He is talking to the girl who took his virginity. He's saying he was innocent back then and she didn't like him for a long time but if she gave him a chance now he would get pretty naughty with her.

The song is about a young couple who at one point go to a party, and get drunk. The girl (allie) in the relationship wants him to have sex with her, but he is too afraid and too unsure to go through with it. He thinks back about this experience, knowing what he does now, if it could have gone another way.
Btw: i've seen this a lot, but i actually saw a post where it was quoted saying the lyric was "so i slid un-suave off the mattress"

I'm pretty sure it's telling a story of a girl who he always wanted and, who, one night (at a party? Maybe because of the references to alcohol? ), wanted to have sex with him, but he wasn't really ready. ("and the sad fact is, when she said she was protected i thought she meant she had a gun") he's kind of recalling the situation and wondering what would happen if she came around again, still thinking of her as this goddess that he would probably never have a chance with again.
