I like this song.. sincere...anyways, i think the meaning is like..
that he's gonna do anything to be what the girl's ever dreamt of..

yes! i agree.,. but the only thing that makes the original singer unique was to sing that song more sincere in such a way that he put more meaning into it
I really love the version of NFG, though peter cetera of chicago did it very good as well. the best part of their version is the "acapella" (singing without instruments)..love it
