I know your love is true
It's not just sex for you
It's the first time that I felt this way in a long time
And it's something I could get used to

It's love, it's love, it's true
When I'm making love to you
It's not just teenage lust
Or trying something new it's love,
But we're too young to follow through

Her heart is made of gold
These past two years
I've grown so cold
At the thought of trying out a different lover
Now I know, I could never love another

It's love, it's love, it's true
When I'm making love to you
It's not just teenage lust
Or trying something new it's love,
But we're too young to follow through

With all the plans we made
Travel all the world
And drink our cares away
What a happy day, if only I could say
That she would be my lover, from now until forever

It's love, it's love, it's true
When I'm making love to you
It's not just teenage lust
Or trying something new it's love,
But we're too young to follow through

he feels that he cant love another.
being the first time, with the first girl, before this one.
hes grown by himself, for 2 years,
and he doesnt feel he could trust another.
he doesnt want to take the chance of falling in love again,
and being heartbroken, like he was before.

You don't just love me for sex, and i don't just love you for sex, it is real love. When we have sex it is real love, not just lust or trying to fit in with other teenagers. Our love is real, but we're too young to follow our love through. She is so nice, when i think of finding someone else it makes me cold, i can't love anyone else. We made so many happy plans, but i'm scared that one day i would lose her, i wish i could have her forever.

Christofer Drew has admitted that he did not write this song, nor is he the one singing it. He has also said he does not support it's message.

The person who did write the song, used a computer program to change their voice so that it sounded like Chris's.

This song is basically about two teenagers who have sex, but know that their parents would forbid them doing so, but they think they really love each other, so they decide to start to drink and continue to have sex.

Look at Chris' other songs. This is so unlike them, it's pretty obvious, even without what my first paragraphs above, that this song is not his. I mean, he pretty much tried to deter teenage sex with his song "Losing It".
