motleyfreak, You're right about what the song is referring to, but the line really is "Ladies and Gentlemen, come play with Dr. Feelgood" it's even in Rock Band 2 that way. If you listen to the song through headphones, you can hear it even better. At 3:34 you can hear him say "Ladies and" pretty clearly.
Actually mick is saying "listen to jimmy come play with dr.feelgood" and he looks very weird.we all know that dr.feelgood is about a man named jimmy who rises from the mexican drug trade and then it all gets caught up and all the lies and dirty work he did to make it to the top is has caught up with him and like they said "heard a rumor going round jimmys going down this time its gonna stick"and we all know that when something sticks it stays for good.
