I believe this song is just about Jesus Christ reminding us - his children - he was always there for us and will continue to be . When you feel alone , when you feel used , when you feel empty , when you feel dark , when you feel broken and defeated , there is no need to hide from anyone - He's the only one who is ever going to find you and help you . Of course we know he's always watching , but sometimes we forget. This song is just a reminder , that he'll always be there .. he's here right now , he's there tomorrow , he was there yesterday. He's here all of our lives .

To me, this song is about how no one can love you more than God! When man fails us, He does not! He is ALWAYS there to pick up the pieces of our lives no matter how bad we have messed things up! I know from experience, my husband left me for another woman many years ago and with 3 little girls in tow! I was devastated because I thought she was my friend...and I felt all alone! Through all the trials and tribulations of my life, I have found that I have no real friend like the one I have in Jesus! He has NEVER forsaken nor forgotten me...and for that I am TRULY blessed!!! I thank God everyday for sending his Son Jesus to rescue all of us if only we will open our hearts and minds to Him!

I have had a pretty rough year - my husband had been working out of town and in March was in a really bad ATV accident and almost died. One day while I was sitting in the ICU waiting room I was scrolling through the pics in his cell phone and found pics of him with another woman. Needless to say this has been rough - in Feb we celebrated our 24th anniversary. We are supposed to be trying to make our marriage work but I think he is still talking & emailing her - she lives in another country or I would be gone. I have been trusting God because I know that if he would just get his heart right the rest would fall into place but there are times I get really discouraged. The other day was one of those days and I heard this song on the radio - it was a great boost to my faith.

ive been in such a dark place this past week. ive let a few worldly disappointments weaken my faith in THE everlasting all powerful God. how silly of me. He's here, He loves me, I am who He says i am..loved & precious. :) this song is a wonderful encouragement to me
